Zhuoma is a professional houshold electric appliance manufactory and exporter in China. Most of our customers are retailers and wholesalers from all around the world.

Customers could place an order online according to our Online Catalogue or directly contact us by e-mail.

We accept payments both in USD and Euro.
We usually work through international money transfer ( TT ) in three different stages:

-1: Once our customer has placed an Order, we will:
get a deposit equivalent to the 30% of the whole sum. Then we start the production as soon as we receive the deposit.
-2: Once all the products is ready, we would undertake the quality inspection and arrange the shipment process; when we get the Bill of Lading, we would immediately send a copy of it via fax or E-Mail to our customer.
-3: Our customer receives a copy of the Bill of Lading as a proof that the container with the porducts has left China; at this time we should receive the remaining 70% of the total sum plus the shipping charges and we will deliver all the original documents via Fedx/DHL/UPS

-4: Please note that the more products you purchase at one time, the less you would spend on the shipping charges.

Delivery Details:
30-35 days after receipt of T/T or L/C deposit.
